Stayed at the Mandarin Oriental for 4 nights during a business trip. A client advised me to stay at this hotel and I'm grateful he did so. It was worth every ringgit. The hotel was beautiful, clean, spacious and with a great service. When the reception found out I had sprained my ankle on the incoming flight they even arranged a crutch for me. There was a nice bar, good business center and a great lounge where they served a fantastic breakfast with hot and cold food to suit everyone's taste. The location is ideal, next to the Twin Towers with it's shopping mall and small park. To travel to busy Kuala Lumpur and stay at the peaceful Mandarin Oriental makes the perfect balance.
It has now been 2 years since we visited, but we still talk about this hotel. The pure luxury including the infinity pool that looks out onto the square near Petronos Towers. We got a really great deal on Expedia. Shopping centre with great restaurants adjoins the hotel, and we had a direct view onto the Petronos towers which was amazing. Highly recommended and they were really kind to my 10 yo daughter, leaving cookies every day for her in our room. If you are in Kuala Lumpur, this is THE place you need to stay.
